In the event tracts 2 and 3 sell to 2 different buyers a survey will be provided, and acreage will be adjusted accordingly. If Tracts 2 and 3 sell to the same buyer a survey will not be provided.
New owner will receive $150 per tillable FSA acres on or before Nov 15, 2025. The payment will be multiplied x FSA tillable acres listed on the auction advertising. If FSA tillable acres change they will be based on the auction advertising. Farming rights will be granted at the completion of Fall Harvest 2025.
All of seller’s mineral, oil, and gas title, if any, will pass without warranty of title or title evidence. Bidding is by the acre. The final bid price will be multiplied by the total number of acres in each tract. Such number will be put on the purchase agreement.
