Payment & Pickup- All items are sold as is where is with no guarantees. Cash, Check & All Major CC are accepted with a 5% BP waived for cash or check payments. All online bidders are subject to a 10% BP, online buyers will receive a 5% discount if payment is made in cash or check. Out of state buyers must pay by wire transfer prior to pick up/arranging freight services. All items must be removed from the fairgrounds within 24 hours of the auction ending. Pickup for items on Sunday will need to be scheduled with the auctioneers.
Items with Titles: Consignors are required to turn in any titles/keys to the cashiers office before item can be offered at auction. Cash payments can have the title signed over that day IF both parties are present and a notary is on staff. Payments of check and credit card must be processed and funds received by the auction company before the title can be transferred. Please allow 7-14 days to process titles.. |
