A Look at our "It's a New Year" auction event...
For months we have been working diligently to sort, categorize, catalog, and photo one of the most unique Estates that we have ever offered at public auction. Our New Year auction will feature a seldom-seen one-owner collection (90 examples) of original WWII posters, 100’s of original Antique maps (dating 1690's to 1860's), and rare books... This is the largest public auction of this type to be held in the tri-State area in many years...

Travel Suggestions: If you drive in from a two-hour distance or more, we strongly recommend a Friday afternoon arrival and our preview. There is an abundance of Hotels available within minutes of the auction site. The average Friday evening stay with Saturday morning breakfast is $100 per night or less. We are told by SpringHill Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites that they have ample availability for Friday evening 1/3/25.
