Any bid received after 6PM on August 1,2024 will be void. 

If you are using an overnight service to deliver your bid, we recommend that you specify morning delivery to avoid possible delays by the delivery service. 

All bids will be opened at 6PM on August 1, 2024. 

Place your highest and best bid.  

If the top competing bids are within 10% of the highest bid, the top bidders will be invited by Alderfer Auction to join competitive phone bidding. Alderfer Auction will call the top two bidders August 1st at 7PM. 

Winners of each Contractor/Trade Auction will be notified by 8PM on August 1,2024 if they were the successful bidder.   

Acceptable Methods of Payment for Contractor/Trade Auctions:

1. Wire transfer must be received by August 5th at 10:00 AM. Transfer instructions will be provided by Alderfer Auction.
