We have a MASSIVE 4-Day Antique & Vintage Extravaganza sale! The 2500 sf house is packed, along with a cute General Store, and huge barn all on 5 acres! There is great furniture, rare items in all areas, great equestrian saddles, tack, blankets, tools and Amazing Christmas decor, beautiful Sterling Silver Native American Jewelry (Note: Jewelry is not left overnight prior to or during the sale) plus great vintage pins and other fashion jewelry and watches, plus dozens of quilts and embroidered linens and so much more! I am not quoting any prices due to the volume of this sale and there are NO PRE SALES. Everything in the photos will be available on Wednesday. Special Notes: There is NO PHONE SIGNAL at this house. That means this is an ABSOLUTE CASH ONLY SALE - NO VENMO, NO CREDIT CARDS. We can hold items while you go to an ATM, but please come prepared. Also there will be NO LARGE PURSES or BACKPACKS allowed, although we strongly advise you to bring your own empty bags or boxes. Hold areas are limited, not monitored and can the unreliable on the first day. Also, I strongly recommend wearing closed toe, sturdy shoes. Property is uneven with lots of hidden gopher holes, rocks and uneven areas. (Plus lots of critters) This sale is NOT wheelchair accessible. Numerous one and two step stairs into house, patio and general store, and uneven ground. Property is spread out with some necessary walking involved. Parking: There is good parking options INSIDE the gate. We are using one of the horse pastures and along the driveway for parking. Gate will not be opened until 7a. There is limited parking outside the gate. You will be accessing the sale from the barn area. There is no house access except up the path from the barn.
