Leslie handled the estate sale very well! As a realtor who specializes working with Seniors, it is important to have a dependable estate sale person to handle home clean outs. I will definitely use her again. She spent quite a bit of time prepping for the sale and when the weekend came, she had items priced clearly, organized them beautifully and had several staff on hand to manage the busy days.

Leslie was wonderful! Professional and organized and trustworthy. We had spent months going through all of my in laws’ lifetime of possessions - all organized and well packed, but just a ton of “stuff.” It was truly overwhelming. Leslie worked hard to display everything in the best light and was a wealth of information as to the “ value “ of things - much confirming what we already knew but it was nice to have her experience. I highly recommend her to do the daunting and sometimes emotional or unpleasant task of finding homes for your loved ones’ possessions and then cleaning and removing those things that did not sell.

Driving on residential streets from Temecula to Murrieta this past Sat., I saw signs for Estate Sale & followed them & I was thrilled to find a very well organized home filled with many wonderful treasures. Had I known the Sale was there, I would have been there much sooner. I had the pleasure of meeting Leslie & her Staff, shopped until the sale ended. Brought home many treasures!! I cannot express how happy I am to b on email list & become a regular follower of Leslie. To find this group was a blessing to me, as they are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, I look forward to referring all my friends to them.

I could not recommend Strictly Estates HIGH ENOUGH. Leslie and her team came in and did an amazing job of taking take of my mom's estate during a very difficult time. I was initially attracted to the Estate Sale by the signs and flags leading up to the house. Once inside, the organization and flow made the experience an open treasure hunt. I had been putting off organizing my Mom’s home; it was a daunting task. The perfect service had been found!
One call to Strictly Estate Sales , dates and times were scheduled by Leslie, and she went to work. From set up ( it was a mess ) ,to sale, to break down, the Estate Sale was prepared for success. Strictly Estate Sales did an AMAZING job at my Mom's estate sale. Leslie was so helpful in the entire process. She's very knowledgeable about pricing items and ensured we got the best sales. My mom had a lot of jewelry and we got prices quoted to sell it to a jeweler but decided to have her sell the items instead and she sold it all at the estate sale and we got more than the jeweler, even after she got her share. Oh yeah, she's cheaper than all other estate sellers too! She did ALL the work for us. She spent days going through each room each drawer and sorting and organizing everything so it was so easy for the buyers to buy. She and her team were in every room during the sale to make sure no one was taking items and all the doors were constantly watched. After the sale, she gave us an itemized list of what everything sold for, hauled away all the items that didn't sell, and vacuumed the entire house. She made our difficult time dealing with our loss so much less stressful. I would hight recommend Strictly Estate Sales for your estate sale.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Leslie and her team, and their handling of my parents’ estate sale earlier this month! We found Leslie to be a great communicator, trustworthy and transparent. She did everything she promised to do, on schedule.
In fact, due to potential rain, she started the sale a day earlier, which worked out very well. She knows how to organize, display and price items for quick sale and maximum profit.
In 3 days she sold almost everything. She donated the remaining items and left our parents’ (rental) home swept, vacuumed, locked up and ready for the landlord.
We would use her again in a heartbeat, and I strongly recommend her to potential clients.

Leslie and her staff were wonderful! Everyone was very nice and kind when we had to downsize homes after our loved ones' deaths. They did a great job making everything organized and looking "pretty". Afterwards, they vacuumed the whole house, and cleaned all counters so I was able to do our next steps. They found things after we turned the house over to them, such as cable boxes and keys, and I appreciated their help. I would recommend Leslie and Strictly Estate Sales to anyone who wanted to be treated fairly!

After our Mother passed away, we needed to clear out her large house, which over many years was full of furniture, closets full of stuff and lots of nick knacks throughout. The job was going to be a challenge for us to manage, if not near impossible to completely empty the property. After interviewing several estate sale businesses, Leslie with Strictly Estate Sales presented herself as the most professional and knowledgeable of the business procedures, offering to provide documentation for probate court and taxes as well as the ability to clear the house of all personal property at the best price possible, what remained would be donated to charity. All the while, being sensitive and courteous to the fact that all the “stuff” belonged to our parents and was inside of a once happy, loving family home.
She is dependable, always pleasant, and communicated with us regularly, always being available to answer our questions. For all the hard work performed by Leslie and her crew, the fee was very reasonable. From beginning to end, her procedures were thorough and we are very pleased with the outcome of the sale. The house is now completely empty and clean! Leslie made what was a difficult situation for us, easy. We have found customer service nowadays to be lacking a lot in customer satisfaction, not so with Leslie. We are impressed with her services as she exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Leslie with Strictly Estate Sales and greatly appreciate her hard work, proficiency and competence.

We needed an estate sale done in a hurry. We were fortunate that Leslie had a cancellation and was able to fit us in. We signed a contract with her and she took care of EVERYTHING. Leslie is extremely knowledgeable about what she does, organized, efficient, helpful, tireless, professional, respectful and caring. She let us know exactly what she was doing and what to expect, ran an extremely successful sale, called us when she found items she thought we might want to keep, arranged for pick up of the few remaining items and provided us with a list of items sold. I hired the Strictly Estate sales team after my father passed away. He and my late mother had been living there for over 40 years and had a ton of stuff. Leslie is a straight shooter and no nonsense. They went through everything and sold things I was going to throw away. Thankfully, after the estate sale was done they went through every nook and cranny in the house so I didn’t have to do it. If they didn’t sell it, they donated it. Very little was thrown away.

Strictly Estate Sales did a fantastic job organizing and getting my mom's estate in perfect shape for the sale. Leslie was highly communicative, sending me pictures and texts about what was going on and how things were displayed. We had a huge amount of items, and Leslie and her team got it all organized and ready in a matter of a week or two, which was amazing to me. They work very hard and do an excellent job of presentation.

Leslie is a miracle worker! My mom recently had to move to assisted living, and I needed to liquidate her estate to help pay for her care. Her possessions were mostly modest, so I didn't have high expectations for the sale; but thanks to Leslie's expertise, almost everything sold, and we did very well. Leslie and her associate did an enormous amount of work sorting, organizing, and staging the contents of Mom's house to their best advantage, and they knew how to price things to sell. I especially appreciated her frankness and honesty, and how she kept me informed with photos and texts at all stages of the sale. I'm very grateful to have found such a skilled professional to manage this challenging task for me, and I recommend her wholeheartedly!

I am a Realtor and I represented a seller who just became a widow. It was a very sensitive and difficult times as she needed to downsize and liquidate EVERYTHING. We interviewed several Estate Sale companies and realized that we needed someone we can trust and hand over the keys to the house for couple weeks. Leslie and her team definitely stood out with knowledge of the process BUT most importantly with her Transparency and Trustworthiness. We felt comfortable leaving the keys to the house with her. She did everything she said she was going to do in preparing the house, leaving any valuable, personable and important items that seller might have forgotten. She executed the days of the Estate Sale like a professional seeking best value for the Seller. She cleaned up as promised and left the house without any signs of the traffic that was generated from the Sale. Leslie and her team were an absolute godsend for us! We interviewed several other businesses to help us with the estate sale of my mother-in-law‘s house and Leslie was a stand out from the beginning. We had to delay our plans for the sale because my mother-in-law‘s senior housing was not going to be available in the timeframe we originally thought. Even though we had to push back our estate sale a couple months to wait for when she was available, we did it without question.
Leslie was the consummate professional during the entire process and had a big job in front of her and preparing the house for the sale! She kept us posted, updated with photos, and was an absolute pleasure to work with during the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering using an estate seller to meet their needs when getting ready to sell their home.

"Strictly Estate Sales" is by far the BEST in area. There are others who claim to be., but this is the one to beat! Everything is clean and managed. She has set prices on bedding, etc. that don't change sale to sale. Prices are by far the best. And I look forward to each and every sale she has. Its like Christmas.. open, open, Open!!

The level of service is amazing! Not just full service, but white glove service. They did everything. Staged the house, ran the estate sale and cleaned up / cleared out all unsold items. Provided a full and transparent accounting of everything sold. All I had to do was hand over the keys, kickback and collect. Overall, an amazing experience. I highly recommend Strictly Estate Sales!

Oh my gosh!! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Leslie and her crew handling my Mom's estate sale... It was handled professionally from the very first phone inquiry through to the final meeting and payment. My Mom had lived in her home for more than 30 years and there was a conglomeration of all kinds of stuff left after we moved her out and took what she wanted. I worried because it truly was an overwhelming project. But to my great pleasure, Leslie set up and held the sale, and left my Mom's home empty and cleaned. WHAT A HELP AND RELIEF!!! I had no idea of the incredible level of service and care that Strictly Estate Sales (Leslie and Will) would provide for our Estate Sale. We were doing a major downsizing and wanted to sell almost all of our furnishings, kitchenware, garage and extras. Their professionalism from Day One gave me comfort that I had found the right company to help us. I was presented with information and a contract, so all was outlined. They spent two weeks preparing, organizing, pricing, advertising. I did not know what the end result would be, but they far exceeded my expectations. When they had completed the 3 day sale, the remaining items were donated and a donation slip provided. The house was left empty, no trash or leftovers, ready for the new owners. They were an absolutely pleasure to work with. I will refer them to anyone and everyone. You cannot compare what they provide with trying to do it yourself with a garage sale. They took care of it all. We are forever grateful.

Leslie and Will did a great job with our recent estate sale. They came in and organized everything. They arranged each room with shelving and displayed all the items beautifully. When it was finished there wasn't much left over. There is no way we could have done this well on our own. I highly recommend them for your next estate sale.

The sales have always been nice and I'm really happy with having the preview pictures in a larger size, this is a very pleasant improvement. I've gotten a lot of plants from previous sales and they are making this place look a whole lot more of a home.

We really didn't know what to expect from a sale since we had a lot of tools and equipment from my father's things. Leslie and Will did a great job organizing and finding buyers for all of the equipment and most of the tools. We were very happy with the level of commitment to making this sale work. We have had nothing but positive comments from those in our area that attended the sale.

Having been a regular to Leslie's sales for 2-3 years, and having had an unfortunate experience with another (large, franchised) company in Orange County for an estate sale for my mother's estate, I fully appreciate the level of service and professionalism provided by Leslie and her coworkers.
They show great respect and care for their clients and for the estate which they are working to handle. Items are inventoried, and those of higher value are tracked individually. I don't recall ever seeing an item that wasn't priced, either individually or on a list that shows prices by category where appropriate. The sale is monitored with employees moving through to insure that customers are helped and the estate is treated respectfully by the customers. It is well-secured with only one entrance/exit where payment is collected for items prior to leaving the property.
It is a pleasure to shop Leslie's sales and I so wish I had been able to use her services in Orange County (but we were far from her area) as I had a terribly different experience with the company I ended up hiring.
I wholehearted and highly recommend Strictly Business/Estate Sales to anyone needing to hire an estate sale company!

Leslie and crew handle a 3 day estate sale for me as I was moving soon. I was amazed how quickly she organized my things in the house and garage. I was able to set aside the things I wanted to keep and she did the rest. I was very happy with the amount of money I got. I really give her a 5 star rating.

I had the privilege to attend the massive sale this weekend for the western town in Valley Center. I was so impressed at how organized eveything was and that every single item was priced! I can imagine what an undertaking that was. In spite of the enormous crowds, I truly enjoyed myself and think these guys did an INCREDIBLE job with this sale and the huge volume of people. You deserve a big pat on the back! I took your card because I would use this company in a heart beat! This was truly a once in a lifetime sale. Good Job!

I found Strictly Business on the Internet, not knowing much about how estate sales work. My sisters and I enlisted the help of Leslie in organizing and having an
estate sale for our parents estate. It was an unexpected loss for our family
