Come help us clear this entire house to the bare walls and floors, so we have room to set up for the MUCH BIGGER PART 2 (Scheduled for 8/1 - 8/3)
Pictures and information are still being added (and updated) daily as we are prepping this ONCE IN A LIFETIME SALE sale, so please check back often for updates. 🟢 MUSEUM QUALITLY /QUANTITY TREASURES....at estate sale prices !!! 🟢 This sale is PACKED BEYOND BELIEF, and has A LOT of EVERYTHING for EVERYONE, and will LITERALLY KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF !!!!! 🟢 This museum quality estate is small and literally OVERFLOWING with everything you can imagine so we are doing this sale in 2 phases. We've done our very best to ONLY show the TREASURES that are being sold in phase 1 (aka "The surface" ;) ) here on this particular ad. 🟢 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are in extremely packed in TIGHT QUARTERS here (hence having to split the sale into 2 separate weeks) with LOTS & LOTS OF BREAKABLES!!! Treasures are literally displayed in every nook and cranny floor to ceiling so you will need to watch where you are walking at all times! (ie: tight walking spaces, rugs on floor, treasures on floor under tables, etc...)
As much as we looooove kiddos, unfortunately this is not a sale for little ones, strollers, etc....
Speaking of tight quarters and so many breakables, we have done our very best (as always!) to create as much "holding and checkout" space as possible. Please be patient with us at checkout.
We have little to no room to store boxes/wrapping, etc...so please bring any of your own that you may have to wrap and carry out your TREASURES.
Depending on the crowd (usually only applies to the first couple hours of day 1), we "may" have to limit the number of people inside at one time. This is truly to keep everyONE and everyTHING safe!
If you are an early bird, we put #'s outside around 6am Thursday morning (when the exact address is released), so you can always stop by, grab a number, then go have coffee/breakfast, etc...and return just before we open at 10am.
If you arrive at any time and there happens to be a line....DON'T WORRY...we always do our very best to get everyone through as quickly as possible ! :)
The front yard is nicely shaded, and we will have cold waters for everyone. :)
🟢 Phase 2 (consisting of the garage, tools, outside areas, massive amounts of GREAT clothing, purses, shoes, sewing, jewelry, antiques, Christmas, furniture, and lots more glassware, etc...that we truly just don't have room to display (until part 1 "thins" out this place!) will be scheduled a couple weeks afterward.
We will NOT be able to open any PHASE 2 areas during the 1st sale.
