(This one will include EVERYTHING we didn't have room to get out for parts 1 & 2.... plus TOOLS, safes, JEWELRY, FULL CRAFT ROOM, SEWING, FABRIC, art, 500+ bears, antiques, collectibles, housewares, decor, holiday, and more of absolutely EVERYTHING we had in the first 2 parts !!!)

This museum quality estate is literally OVERFLOWING with everything you can imagine so we are doing this sale in 2 - 3 phases.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are in extremely packed in TIGHT QUARTERS here (hence having to split the sale into 2 - 3 separate weeks) with LOTS & LOTS OF BREAKABLES!!!
Treasures are literally displayed in every nook and cranny floor to ceiling so you will need to watch where you are walking at all times! (ie: tight walking spaces, rugs on floor, treasures on floor under tables, etc...)
As much as we looooove kiddos, unfortunately this is not a sale for little ones, strollers, etc....
Speaking of tight quarters and so many breakables, we have done our very best (as always!) to create as much "holding and checkout" space as possible. Please be patient with us at checkout.
We have little to no room to store boxes/wrapping, etc...so please bring any of your own that you may have to wrap and carry out your TREASURES.
Depending on the crowd (usually only applies to the first couple hours of day 1), we "may" have to limit the number of people inside at one time. This is truly to keep everyONE and everyTHING safe!
If you are an early bird, we put #'s outside around 6am Thursday morning (when the exact address is released), so you can always stop by, grab a number, then go have coffee/breakfast, etc...and return just before we open at 10am.
If you arrive at any time and there happens to be a line....DON'T WORRY...we always do our very best to get everyone through as quickly as possible ! :)
