Due to the massive amount of volume, we sell, we try to visually inspect items for any obvious damage, but we cannot plug everything in and test for functionality, Therefore… We Are Offering a 48 Hour Guarantee on all Items That are marked Factory Sealed or Appears New! What is the 48hr Guarantee? We will guarantee your item for Functionality ONLY! Not Cosmetic Condition, Color, Size, Completeness / parts, etc!!! Once Your auction Closes, Your 48hr guarantee begins. We recommend you follow the scheduler and pick your item up as soon as possibly to maximize your guarantee. Buyers must contact us within that 48hr timeframe to make a claim, After 48 hrs, No Refund! Item will need to be returned to us within 5 days for your refund. After That, No Refund! We will have auctions end all week. You can pick up on your scheduled loadout or you can bid all week and pick up all at once. Just remember, if you wait, your guarantee will expire. We offer Inspection Days For Every Auction!
