If you are unable to pickup on Friday, Saturday, or Monday please call 505-903-1384 BEFORE final day of loadout. You must include your bidder ID# and item lots you won, and we will hold for a $5 fee for one additional week. Otherwise, you must pickup items on Monday, Friday or Saturday. Items not claimed or requested for hold are forfeited.
You must pay for winning items within 48 hours of auction end. Items not paid for within 48 hours are subject to forfeit and no-show status.
We offer a 48-Hour Guarantee on all items, unless listed as damaged. If the item does not function or is missing parts, you can return for a full refund. Bid with confidence. You must call 505-903-1384 within 48 hours of pick-up time to make your claim. After claim, you have 5 business days to return the item. After 48 hours, you may not claim a refund. After 5 business days you have not returned the item, no refund is allowed.
