This auction is an ONLINE ONLY Auction that starts going off at 5PM on Thursday, July 7th, due to how many lots we have on this auction, the auction will close 5 items per minute). All items will be located at 2748 Cultra Rd. in Conway, SC 29526. ***Credit Cards will be processed immediately following the auction!*** Cards will be processed up to $500.00 for a deposit that in nonrefundable for the merchandise that was purchased on the auction.

- Auction Closes 5 items per min on Thursday, July 7th at 5PM.
- Pick Up is Friday, July 8th from 8AM-4:00PM, located at 2748 Cultra Rd. in Conway, SC 29526. Please bring your Paid in Full invoice for quicker pickup. We will assist with items but we will NOT load trucks or tie down items, and for larger items please bring help. If merchandise is not picked up, then merchandise will be lost at buyers expense (WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS NOT PICKING UP MERCHANDISE ON PICKUP DAY). If you are not able to pickup merchandise, please call or email before auction ends to accommodate delivery or other options.

Shipping for small items will be available, call or email to let us know about shipping prior to the auction or on pickup day. We do not know to ship unless we are emailed or called! We now use Jerri Bob's for all packing, shipping, and mailing. Jerri Bob's will be picking up all shipping items and taking them back to their facility. Jerri Bob's will correspond with all customers to see how to ship merchandise. They will not give quotes on the items prior to auction because they do not know the weights or dimensions after packaging.

Gun Terms and Conditions-
All guns must be transferred, picked up, or shipped through our FFL, located at 2748 Cultra Rd. in Conway, SC 29526. There will be a $25.00 transfer fee per gun for the first 2 guns, after 2 guns there will be a $10.00 transfer fee per gun. Shipping will be available at the buyer's expense. Please have the FFL in your area to contact us for all transfers out of state.

TRANSFER LOCATION FOR NON-LICENSEE'S: John T. Henry Auction Co. is a federal firearms licensee. Before any firearm is transferred into your possession, you will have to fill out a 4473 and pass a background check. All background checks, transfers and related actions will have to be completed at John T. Henry Auction Co, located at 2748 Cultra Rd in Conway, SC 29526 - 843-365-2637

Federal Firearms Licensee's may take possession of firearms purchased by them on the pickup date of the auction provided they have a current, valid FFL.

Non-FFL's must pass a background check at the time they pick up their firearms on a day designated by the Auctioneer.
