* Preview Dates: Sunday, January 5th from 2-4PM and Wednesday, January 8th from 9AM-12PM
* Auction Closing: 5 items per minute on Wednesday, January 8th at 12PM
* Pick-Up: Thursday, January 9th from 9AM-3PM at same location. Due to the building demolition, all merchandise must be picked up promptly once the auction ends. Buyers who purchase multiple lots will be given extra time to pick up their items, but please be sure you can arrange for timely removal of your items.
* Payment: Credit cards will be processed immediately after the auction. A non-refundable deposit of up to $500 will be charged. Any remaining balance must be paid on pick-up day by cash, check, or credit card.
