Preview The preview is being held Monday, May 9th through Friday, May 13th. The store will be open the day of the sale for preview as well. All bidding will be online or via phone or absentee bid. Location 711 Trabert Avenue Atlanta, GA 30318 USA All items are sold AS-IS. No warranty or guarantee is implied. Prospective buyers must inspect the items in person before bidding to confirm the condition of the items. Registration and Bidding Bidders may register online through liveauctioneers.com and set up an account. If no credit card is placed on file, then a $500 limit will be applied to the bidder account. If a card is placed on file, then all new bidders will have a limit of $2000. Bidders may also bid via absentee bid or phone bid by requesting a form from Turnage Place LTD. Reserves Some lots in the sale are subject to a reserve price which is the minimum price which the item must reach for it to be sold. Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax Buyer agrees to pay invoice within five (5) business days of when invoice is sent and received. Buyer agrees to pay Turnage Place a Buyer's premium of twenty percent (20%) and Georgia Sales Tax of 8.9%, which will be added to the subtotal of the invoice. Additional processing fees may be applicable. Pick-up and Shipping Items may be picked up by the buyer or approved buyer's agent from our location address starting Sunday May 15th, 2022 at 10am and Monday through Friday from 10-5pm. All items requiring parcel shipment will be taken to the UPS store located at 541 10th Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. There will be a charge for moving items to the UPS store to be determined based on the number of items per order. Larger items that require white glove or independent carrier, must be arranged by the Buyer. Collecting Items The Buyer must collect purchased items within twenty (20) business days from the date of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to Collect Purchases If purchased items are not picked up within twenty (20) business days following the sale close, Turnage Place reserves the right to charge $10 per item, per day for storage and/or deliver said items to our offsite storage warehouse at Buyer's expense. Turnage shall have no liability for any damage to property left on its premises for more than twenty (20) business days following the sale. Property which is paid for but left on premises for any reason in excess of thirty (30) calendar days is subject to sale by Turnage Place with the balance of any funds recovered in excess of storage charges and any other fees being remitted to Buyer. |
