DIRECTIONS: 2 miles East of Allendale or 10 miles West of Grand Rapids on M-45/Lake Michigan Dr. to 52^nd. Ave. South 1 ½ miles. 

To help settle the Estate of the late Harvey Redder a Live On-site Public Auction will be held.

TERMS: Cash or good check day of auction. Master Card or VISA with 5% service fee. We subscribe to Pay-Tec, A NATIONAL CHECK COLLECTIION COMPANY. Everything sells as-is. 

NOTE: Harvey retired from HS Die and lived on this small farm for over 50 years. He built race cars in his early years and the past 25 years he restored over 25 Ford Model A cars and pickups. He also was a collector of anything unusual and the barns and house are packed full of Model A parts, antiques, collectibles and farm primitives. Both tractors are in good condition and stored indoors. Make plans to be just Southeast of Allendale on Thursday August 29 at 12 Noon for the start of this interesting live public estate auction.

For your convenience we will have lots of off-street field parking, lunch trailer, port-a-jons and wash-up station.
