DIRECTIONS: North of Grand Rapids 23 miles on M-37 or south of Newaygo 6 miles on M-37 to East Main St. west to Auction.

TERMS: Cash or good check day of auction. Master Card or VISA with 5% service fee. We subscribe to Pay-Tec (A NATIONAL CHECK COLLECTION COMPANY). All items sold in as-is condition.

NEW MICHIGAN GUN BUYER TERMS: Per changes to Michigan law regarding firearm sales PA 19 2023 as of February 2024 in order to purchase a firearm of any kind (pistol or long gun) all buyers will need a current Concealed Pistol License (CPL) or to apply for and obtain a License to Purchase a Firearm (LTP) from any local police or sheriff department before the Auction. You will need a separate License to Purchase a Firearm (LTP) for each firearm you would like to purchase. These are blank forms and be can used for any firearm with 30 days. Art Smith Auctioneers does no hold a FFL.
