Schmid Auction or seller is not responsible for any accidents of injuries while loading! The clerk trailer will be set up at pick up to pay for items. Email auction company if you want us to charge your credit card so your items are paid for immediately. If a person bids fraudulent they will fully be prosecuted. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash. Payment must be made when items are picked up. Payment may be made by credit card, cash or check. Auction company will prosecute for bad checks. Buyer's that pick up their items can use a credit or debit card without a spending limit, the limit only applies to buyer's that we are shipping to.
