Tract 3: 2 Bed, 1 Bath, Home Situated on 1.0+/- Acres Located At 305 Parrish St. McDougal, AR 72441, AND a .50+/- Acre Vacant Lot Located At 361 Parrish St. McDougal. Both Lots Are Contiguous and Will Be Sold Together for One Bid Price. Clay County Parcel Numbers: 721-02347-000 & 721-02348-000.

Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of Ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be added to the bid to determine the final sales price.
