Buyers are responsible for transporting purchased goods All large items must be picked up from the property no later than 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. When parking at the event, please do not block roadway. Event will be held rain or shine.
Event organizer and homeowner are not responsible for theft, loss, damages or bodily injury to members of the public and sale attendees. There are no refunds on purchases. All sales are final. No pets, except service animals, allowed on premises during the event. |

It showcases three generations of accumulated furniture, sports memorabilia, collectibles, tools, decor and seasonal decorations. This sale features a beautiful grandfather clock, antique marbletop dresser with mirror, original artwork of STL artist Steven Walden of St. Louis Blues Hockey players (sgined & autographed), vintage secretary, vintage trunks, gorgeous dining room table with six chairs and large China cabinet. For collectors we have Rose Medallion China, Depression glass, Made in Occupied Japan knick-knacks, Red Wing Pottery, lead crystal, Lenox China, 1900s Singer Treadle Sewing Machine, St. Louis Blues jerseys, autographed pucks, and other signed memorablilia. Like fashion? We have men's leather jackets, women's capes, and other outerwear available. We also have an assortment of wonderfully scented Bath and Body Works 3-wick candles. For the more practical minded, we are selling hand tools, electric hedge trimmers, leaf blower, rain barrels, upright metal cabinet, canning jars, water, assorted freeze dried and dehydrated food storage items and new, still in packaging, photo & picture frames. Also selling a 2002 GMC 3500 box truck. Need to outfit your kitchen? Take your choice of two microwaves, pressure cooker, air fryer and various slow cookers. We have a collection of VHS movies and the VHS/DVD player to go with them, large flat screen television, five CD changer player, as well as an electric faux fireplace, and area rugs all for sale.For the health conscious, we have a treadmill and hand weights.
