NO EXCEPTIONS!! Resold Auctions will be hosting a three day removal - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 3:45 pm. The yard closes promptly at 4 pm and the gates close. Please, allow yourselves enough time to be able to load all of your winnings before the 4 pm gate closing. About 25% of the lots are on pallets and the forklift team of three will assist you as quickly as they can. We would ask you to pull off to the open area to tarp and/or strap your load. The Timber Roots grounds are many acres, but we need to have maneuverability for the forklifts. Please, wear flourescent orange, yellow or green if possible. Upon arriving checkin will be in the rear of the main office. You will be given a stamped "paid" copy of your invoice to continue to the warehouse in the NE corner of the grounds. One of the Auction team will greet you and assist you in locating your lots. We anticipate about 200 various buyers, so it will be an active 3 days. Please, have some patience if we are busy. We are a well oiled machine who will do our best to make removal a pleasant and easy experience. You are responsible for loading your lots. Many of the doors are quite heavy and you should bring physical help. There are no doors on pallets. Bring any carts, 2 wheelers, straps, trailers and help that you will need. Resold Auctions staff are not allowed to assist in physical loading, as they are not covered for loading injuries as ownership has been transferred to the winning bidder.
