Because our homes are filled with goods we ask that no large purses, bags, backpacks or strollers are brought into the sale. If you would like to bring your own shopping bag, we will check it on entering and exiting.

Payment: We accept Cash, Credit and Debit.  Credit over $20 Visa, MC and Discover.

All sales are final and merchandise is sold AS IS.

The Moving and Loading of Large Items/Furniture are the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own muscle, blankets and rope as needed.

Children are always welcome but must be supervised at all times.

You break, you buy.

Thanks for your interest in the items at our sale. We know about the excitement when you see something you really like! However, we cannot  disclose prices prior or during a sale as most of the time, we are extremely busy during these times. If you are interested in an item, please come directly to the sale.

No public restrooms.

Sign up for numbers will be available via email at treasures@thegreatestatesales.com,  or thru the contact us form thru the Thursday evening prior to the sale until 6pm.  Please provide the first name and last initial for each number you request. One number per person- this includes children. Sorry, No exceptions.  If you miss the email window,  then we put out the sign up sheet out on Friday morning.
