Lycoming County Liquor License (R # 18519 – currently in safe keeping) shall be offered separately or in combination with the real estate. Separate non-refundable deposits shall be paid at time of sale and with the signing of the Agreements of Sale. Any other payment arrangements shall be approved in advance by Auctioneer. Real estate settlement shall be within 45 days of auction, and is not contingent upon approval of liquor license transfer. Balance of liquor license shall be paid within 10 days of approval of transfer by the PLCB. Announcements at auction take precedence over all printed advertising and materials.
