We are unable to quote prices on individual items, there are no early sales or previews, and no on-line sales. You must come to the sale during sale hours to purchase items.

All Sales are final. Cash preferred, $50 minimum on credit/debit cards (with appropriate identification). Sales taxes are collected.

Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. At the request of the homeowners children will not be allowed inside at any time because of the crowded conditions. No public restrooms. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents.

Bardin Road.  You could also park across Bardin Road at the recreation center, but then you'll be walking farther and crossing a busy street.  You can also park on Willow Bend Drive, still manageable, but it's a little farther walk too.
