! As with all our sales, this one is loaded with interesting items from SEVERAL GENERATIONS. We do not mess around with downsizing or moving sales - we only work the large, quality estate sales. We will leave it up to the other companies to sell sectional sofas, pots and pans, and exercise equipment - we know our shoppers desire sales full of value. All our sales have something for everyone and this one is no different. The home is literally packed floor to ceiling with some of the nicest items you will see in a while.

We will be adding HUNDREDS OF PHOTOS all week as we lead up to the sale to prove its worth the drive. The home is conveniently located near several side streets for easy, ample parking and home has AIR CONDITIONING. Our numbers guy will be on-site by approx. 7am day of the sale and will hand out #s for those who want first entrance. ONE # PER PERSON AND YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO GET A #. If a few of you arrive before our staff make sure you know who was 1st, 2nd, ect so you can get one of our numbers, AGAIN - YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO GET A # - No mystery "friends" that were just here. Once you have a # you can leave and return back for an orderly line-up a few minutes before 9. We will open at exactly 9am and close at 3pm sharp - allow ample driving and shopping time to avoid missing out

. We gladly accept CASH, DEBIT or CREDIT and NEVER CHARGE A SERIVCE FEE FOR SWIPES. We ALWAYS HAVE STAFF ON HAND TO HELP WITH LARGE OR HEAVY PURCHASES. We do not ship, pre-sell or hold any items before the sale. If you see something you like, simply COME TO THE SALE. Hold table means sold table. If you hold it you buy your pile or none of it at all.
