~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.

We are very excited about the opportunity to help this nice lady. She had moved to a retired living community and we are selling the items she did not take with her. There is a nice balance of furniture and small items. The address for this home is in Raleigh. It is the north east side of the city but is also only about 3 miles from Knightdale. We will not post pictures until we start working in this home as many items are still in boxes and such so it would be difficult to give you an idea. Once we start working in the home the week of the sale we will post pictures each day that staging is done so you can have a very clear idea of items that will be available. Please feel free to ask questions.
