Hello friends, Welcome to another Spectacular Grasons Co. Elite 3 Day Estate Sale. We are honored to have been chosen to perform the sale for the wonderful family. Welcome to our wonderful Mission Viejo estate sale. We have tons of Collectibles and vintage pieces along with some mid-century and contemporary furniture items. There is also multiple original oil paintings on canvas framed very nicely throughout the house. There are multiple clocks including a Ridgeway  grandfather clock w/ curio cabinet. There are 4 matching Asian rugs of different sizes with a floral design. In The Wine Cellar room we have a breeze air WKL series wine cooler which holds 720 wine bottles. 2 refrigerators, one is a stainless steel Whirlpool and the other is a white Whirlpool freezer on top. A Whirlpool washer and dryer sets both white and grey. Hanging above the entrance room is a tuscan-style tapestry  about six feet tall by 4 feet wide. In the upstairs bedroom there is a king-size wrought iron bed with matching comforter and matching pillows. Also in that room is a hand-carved rocking chair comma a jewelry stand with 10 drawers and to hang cabinets for hanging jewelry comma wooden antique valet and a chaise lounge. In the downstairs family room there is a mid-century sofa and two lounge chairs comma 2 bar stools and a mid-century storage cabinet. In the living room there is a complete double 50 foot track train set made by LGB Lehmann that includes 2 engines with 5 cars attached to each one.  Amongst the collectibles we have Multiple Limoges pieces including blue and gold Bells and candy dishes, also many collector Limoges plates. There are Royal Doulton pieces with the original boxes and 4 Lladros of different varieties. There is an MJ Hummel porcelain doll peace about a foot tall, A hand-painted Herend elephant from Hungary, 4 Gund playthings past collectible pieces with certificate of authenticity. There are about 10 plus Lennox pieces ranging from vases 2 candy dishes 2 serving platters. There is a big Wizard of Oz collection including the Wizard of Oz portrait sculptures and 10 Wizard of Oz music box collectible plates. The household items include multiple lamps, mirrors, art and other decorative pieces. Some of the original art names include 3 pieces by Buvary that are in perfect condition. Also a very popular local artists by the name of Fred Bonn that has two pieces above the fireplace mantel. In this house there is a full kitchen full of kitchen items. There is also a patio set in the front and back yard well as a propane barbecue by Thermos. In the front yard there is multiple lawn decorations and fountains. In the garage there are tools and laundry items and Sporting Goods a pellet gun comma 9 foot tall Christmas tree fully lit.

Pricing is usually finished on the Wed. before the sale. Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale, no other list will be honored.
