Moving / Picking Up Purchases: You must bring your own help and tools to move furniture and other purchases! Bring own dolly/hand truck. For moving furniture: Elevators in this building are reserved for the afternoons ONLY on July 5th & 6th between 1pm and 3pm. Items MUST be picked up during this time as condo is sold - and you cannot use elevators to move unless they are reserved. 8'10" clearance at main loading dock. Dock instructions / location map is listed below as last image.

Parking Options: Parking garage entrance is located at front of building. *Parking at first level (highest) only. $14 for up to 1 hour, cap fee per day is $26.00. There are other area parking garages and if you are lucky enough to find, there are some meter and free spots at nearby parks.

Public building entrance faces the lake, as well as above mentioned parking entrance. Walk in and see doorman at front desk. Mention your appointment and suite #. They'll call us to announce your arrival. Please note, you must use 2nd set of elevators as first set only goes to first 1/2 of building. So, walk passed the first elevator entrance in other words.
