Auction Terms:

Please read terms carefully and call us to explain any item listed PRIOR to bidding on this home.
This home will sell subject to seller confirmation of the high bid on auction day.
Upon acceptance of the high bid by the seller, there will be a ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium added to the high bid amount to arrive at the contract sales price.
A $3,000.00 auction deposit will be required from high bidder on auction day with closing to take place within 20 days.
Home will sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied and the seller will make no repairs whatsoever.
Agency: Auctioneer and auction company are representing the seller in this transaction.

Payments:

Seller pays: taxes to date of closing, any outstanding liens and for a termite infestation report (CL-100) on the property.
Buyer pays: all other closing costs including, but not limited to, attorney fees, deed preparation, deed recording, survey (if required by lender/attorney), mortgage fees and any other fees on their side of the transaction.
