1. All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranty or guaranty, regardless of any statements of condition. Buyer shall rely entirely on his own inspection and information and assumes all responsibilities associated with them. Buyer agrees to hold Auctioneers harmless. By registering, Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions of Auction. All sales are final and the bidder is responsible for knowing which items he is bidding on. When you become the winning bidder at auction, you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. The bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased immediately following his winning bid and is advised to further guard his items at his own discretion. Should the item turn up missing, buyer should contact the Police Department.

2. The highest bidder is the purchaser. In case of a tie or confusion, the Auctioneer has the right to reopen the bidding between the two bidders at the last bid price. The Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion to settle disputes between bidders.

3. All items must be paid for in full on day of auction and before removing any items. Items must be removed day of auction unless prior arrangements are made with the seller. Payments may be made in cash, by check, Visa or MasterCard. A 15% buyer's premium 3% discount for cash, will be added to each purchase. Sales tax must be paid on all purchases. If you are a dealer or items are for resale, we must have a valid Use and Sales Tax Permit and Certificate of Resale. Failure to furnish these items will require sales tax to be paid on all purchases.

4. Vehicle titles will be issued by seller within 10 days from the date of sale, but no sooner than 7 days. Titles will be issued in the buyer's name as registered; if you want the title different, please notify the office at checkout. No open titles are issued. The odometer reading are as showing and are not guaranteed as actual.

5. Any oral statements made during the auction will take precedence over all written notices or advertisements issued prior to the auction.
