We accept cash and credit cards. All items are sold "AS IS". We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. There is no one available to load your purchases and we do not provide materials for securing them for transport. Please come prepared to safely load and transport ALL of your purchases. There are NO RESTROOMS for public use. Many fragile and valuable items are on display so please don't bring small children inside the home. The sale starts promptly at 8:00 am and there will be a limited number of people let in at a time. We use a "number system" for fairness to all. Numbers are issued to everyone in line one hour prior to sale open. If your number is called and you aren't in line it will be passed over. You will then have to go to the end of the line and be issued another number to enter the home. Please do not carry items around with you for extended periods of time. For your convenience while shopping, staff can place your items in a hold area by checkout. These items are considered SOLD, and must be purchased at checkout. The property is under surveillance throughout the sale and SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED!
