The homeowners are moving out of the house just days before it closes and we were called in to do an "emergency" last minute sale of items they can't take with them. We won't know until sale day how much more will be added to the sale. Because they are moving out the weekend we must have the sale, we will conduct this sale on Saturday and Sunday which is quite unusual for us ... just like this sale will be. Since “all must be sold,” savvy shoppers will find upscale furnishings at bargain basement pricing.
