Grasons Co Beach Cities is honored to bring you another estate sale in Newport Beach/Balboa Island. This 2 Day Sale is full of treasures. Some of the items that will be part of this sale include fridge, full kitchen, patio set, vintage wicker furnishings, brass day bed, rattan furnishings, artwork, books, appliances, office supplies, bedroom furniture, Ethan Allen sofa/couch, designer chairs and still have a few boxes to go through. Pictures have been updated. Grasons Co. sign in sheet will go out at 7 am Friday morning. Any other list started will not be honored. Please be respectful to the home, neighbors, and all Grasons Co staff members. PARKING IS LIMITED. PLEASE READ ALL STREET SWEEPING SIGNS. Please don't park in the neighbors driveways, block garage doors, park illegally in the middle of the street, or anywhere that is red. I hope to see each and everyone of you at the estate sale this weekend. |
