Public Auction By Have Gavel Will Travel
On Saturday April 9, 2016 Have Gavel Will Travel will be conducting an on site estate auction at 4206 South St Peters Parkway St Peters, Mo 63304. Preview will begin at 9 am and we will begin selling at 10 am.
There is no parking at the home it is for loading and unloading only, parking will be at Harvester Plaza. World outdoor Emporium was kind enough to gran us parking at their property West of the home, this is not Their retail lot this is west of 4206 before Old 94.

This house was owned by Ms Jaunita Adams, she has lived there for 65 years and has a houseful of stuff. We are just beginning to set up and will photograph as we uncover items. This house is bursting at the seams.
We Will not have a full understanding of whats in the home until day prior to sale. We will be moving items out to sell in yard, the 15th.
