This is an ONLINE-ONLY auction. All bidders must register with CC to place bids online.
MPA Reserves the right to add and remove lots during the auction.

AUCTION TERMS: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Preview of items is available any time prior to auction, call for an appointment, and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items.
A $1000 deposit on items over $1000 the night of the auction, Balance Due in three days. All lot under $999 will be charged at closing of auction. with credit card.

Buyer's Premium of 18% Requirement: Valid Credit Card required for bidding.
Payment Method: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Check, and or Wire Transfer
Title on hand for most lots, their will be title delay on a couple of lots.

Payment Instructions: A 4% Credit Card Fee. Credit Card on file will be charges the day of the auction closes.

Sales subject; 7% sales tax. and 5% on vehicles.
Only EXEMPT if you hold a Mississippi Sale Tax Resale Certificate.

All items are to be removed within 3 days from date of sale. After 15 days, $20 per item, per day storage will be charged. After 30 days, items will be considered abandoned and sold for storage with no refund.

Mississippi Pickers, LLC and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise.

Mississippi Pickers, LLC encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Mississippi Pickers, LLC has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of each lot.

All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.

No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract.

**NOTE**: The auction will need to end before items can be invoiced and then paid for / picked up. Payment and pickup of purchases. We will have help to load. Please bring your own boxes or bags as we do not have any packing materials.

(A) Buyer acknowledges that MS Pickers, LLC does not have any responsibility or liability for the website(s) used for Internet bidding. Seller acknowledges that the MS Pickers, LLC may not have any control over the website(s) and cannot guarantee its operation or performance. There are occasional interruptions and delays relating to the use of the Internet and the Website. Furthermore, MS Pickers, LLC shall not be held liable (for lost profits or special damages) or responsible for the function of the website or its inability to function. Buyer acknowledges that hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, viruses, and similar issues do occur and are beyond the knowledge, scope, and control of MS Pickers, LLC.
(B) The website is administered by MS Pickers, LLC from its offices in the United States of America. In the United States of America and agrees to be bound by and comply with all applicable laws.
(C) MS Pickers, LLC reserves the right to deny any person for any reason permission or access to bid online.
(D) Winning bidders will be notified via email at the auction close.

All transactions are governed by Mississippi law. Buyers agree that any dispute or claim arising out of the purchase and sale of any item will have jurisdiction
in the County Court of Warren County, Mississippi
