As with other Estate companies, all Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !! Sale is: Thursday thru Saturday ONLY ! Doors open at 11:00 PM each day. -Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ! -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE! -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases. -If you break an item, it's yours to buy. -Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate -We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale. |

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in Wesley Chapel this upcoming weekend for an IN PERSON estate sale. Charles "Chuck" Terry Vance CMDR US Navy Retired joined the United States Navy in 1965 and would serve honorably for 21 years, retiring at the rank of Commander in 1986. Throughout his career in the Navy, he served on several ships and sailed all over the world. His final tour at sea was as the Executive Officer of the U.S.S. AG153, Compass Island, out of Charleston S.C. Chuck was particularly proud to be a founding member of the Rapid Deployment Joint Task Force (R.D.J.T.F) out of MacDill Air Force Base Tampa, FL – the foundation to what is now known as U.S. Central Command for the U.S. Armed Forces.. Charles has lived in this home in Wesley Chapel since 1998. It is an immaculate home, without animals or any smoking. We will be liquidating the entire contents of this home as his family prepares the home for sale. Please check back as we will continue to add photos as we proceed with the setup process.
