Liquid Asphalt storage tank is surplus equipment when existing plant was closed in the late 90's. Tank sat full of liquid emulsion until 2015 and was drained and contents were moved to another operation. Tank has set empty for the past 9 years. Some of the existing controls are still attached to the equipment. The bidder will be bidding on tank and controllers only.
