The real estate is being sold "as is, where is," with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The sale is not contingent upon financing, appraisal, inspections, or any other contingencies. Abstract and Title: This transaction will close without an updated abstract. Buyers will receive the original abstract of title at closing, which was last brought up to date in 2015.
