Terms:

Dumpsters will be on site to help dispose of unwanted items. You are not required to clean out Vaults, No Deposit is required! Just Register for a Number and Bid Bid Bid!

We may pull an item(s) from any vault to sell individually to make more money for the consigner. Some vaults may be sold as a whole unit. You will be able to see what is inside and inspect Prior to Auction. Everything is being sold as we have no working knowledge of Electric or Gas Items. Most boxed items were originally packed by prior owners.

Before removing any items from Auction, you must pay in full. If your purchase requires additional time to pick up purchases, arrangements can be discussed with Auctioneer and/or Owner of Clemmer Moving and Storage.

Once you have been declared the winner of the Vault you Bid on, you are responsible for the Safety of it.
