There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, April 13 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out by stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility gate access closes at 11PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, April 11 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
