You can pay your invoice by logging into your Estate 360® account and selecting the "invoices" tab. Your card on file will be used to process your payment in full prior to the start of the pick-up date.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to all invoices and must be paid in full If you have a valid tax-exempt certificate, you may upload it to your account profile, by selecting the “Are you a reseller” tab.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 15% buyer's premium is added to each item purchased. If you bid $100.00 your invoice total will be $115.00 plus any applicable sales tax.

REMOVAL

All items must be removed no later than 2:00 p.m. (PT) on Sunday, March 30th, 2025.

PICK-UP FOR THIS SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR 03/30/2025 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 A.M. AND 2:00 P.M.

THE PICK-UP ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED ON THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE VIA EMAIL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, OR LOG INTO YOUR ESTATE 360® ACCOUNT AND SELECT "INVOICES". Shipping is available on most small items, please check with us regarding the eligibility of shipping items prior to bidding. The buyer is responsible for shipping expenses and insurance. Your request for shipping is your approval for all relevant shipping charges. Shipping requests must be made prior to the close of the scheduled pick-up time.

Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Please have plans in place, including adequate help and supplies to remove all items during the specified date and time listed.

Buyers in default of the removal schedule will be charged their high bid amount plus any buyer's premium and will forfeit any rights to the items.
