Texas Life Storage is selling 4 units to satisfy landlord lien. All items in unit are up for auction. Units will start to close 3/29/2025 starting at 12:00 pm Noon Central Standard time. At conclusion of auction buyer will be billed 20% plus 5% BP to Credit Card on File. The remainder amount will be paid to the facility Cash and Cash only. Final amount will be due by 3/31/2025 at 4:00 pm Central standard time. Failure to do so will result in loss of unit and the 20% down plus 5% BP. $100 deposit fee per unit will be due when you make your final payment and will be refunded when unit is clean out and checked by Texas Life Storage. Units are to be cleaned out by 4/2/2025. Failue to do so will result in loss of items in unit and deposit fee. Buyers will be given gate code to use while cleaning out units.
