**Please be aware that we can no longer accommodate holding lots due to forgotten pickups. It is essential to collect your items within the designated pickup times.

**Pickup Hours:
Availability: We are open for item pickups from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday. We kindly ask that you adhere to these hours to facilitate a smooth pickup process
**But if you would like to arrange to pick up the following weekend you MUST agree on the storage Fees - ( Small $20. per lots and Furniture $40. per lot. otherwise your winning lot will be CONSIDER as FORFEIT!

**Shipping Service:
Shipping is available for smaller items, excluding furniture. To utilize this service, please ensure you select the shipping option during registration .
Shipping Confirmation:
We will provide a shipping quote via email, which requires your approval and address confirmation. All shipping arrangements must be finalized before Friday to proceed.

**Tax ID Number
Please be aware that we cannot issue tax refunds if a bidder provides their tax ID after the sale,
please note that credit card companies impose fees for processing refunds. It is essential for bidders to provide their tax information at the time of registration
