Once credit card information had been provided PA Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge up to $5000.00 to the card if you are the high bidder. This amount minus a 3% processing fee will be considered a nonrefundable deposit towards the purchase price. If the credit card on file is declined, then a partial amount will be charged to the card and considered a deposit on the purchase.
