1. RESPONSIBILITY/LIABILITY WAIVER: You are entering the property and the sales event at your own risk. You are responsible for any slips, falls, and damage or harm that you may cause to yourself, others, or the property. We are not held responsible or liable for any such instances, accidents, injuries, or illness while you are on the property inside or outside. By entering the property and attending the sale, you knowingly release the owner/estate of any such liability, you accept all responsibility, and you agree to these terms.
2. ENTRY: There will not be a sign up sheet. First come, first serve. Be ready to find treasures! At the beginning of the sale, we will limit the number of people let in the home to 15 at one time. NO EARLY BIRD-DOORS DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 9AM! 3. SALES TERMS: All items are sold “AS IS” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with no guarantees or warranties and no returns, refunds, or exchanges. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items BEFORE purchase. If you break or damage an item, you buy it! 4. PAYMENT ACCEPTED: We accept cash only with ATMs located nearby. Zelle may be considered on large ticket items or total purchases of $500.00 and over. 5. PRICING INFO: We will not be providing any details prior to the sale or offer pre-sale or early access. The sale will begin at the posted date and time. We reserve the right to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed, or altered pricing stickers or tags. The seller(s) reserve the right not to include a sale item at their discretion after photos were taken and posted. 6. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale day, unless otherwise approved by the seller. Please bring help to carry out items. Buyers are welcome to pay for large items in full and come back during sale hours with appropriate help, tools and transportation needed to safely remove purchases from the home. We do not have anyone on site to assist with moving heavy items. 7. SECURITY AND PROPERTY: Please note that the property may be monitored by security cameras during the sale for safety and to ensure a smooth transaction. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas of the property if needed for personal and security reasons. 8. BEHAVIOR: Verbal/physical disputes of any kind amongst customers or towards the individuals running the sale will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove items or anyone from the sale if this occurs. Please be respectful of the owner/seller and their helpers, other buyers, and surrounding neighbors (please park appropriately and do not block driveways or mailboxes). **NO large bags or large purses are allowed. **NO outside food/drinks allowed. **NO children or pets allowed for their safety and the safety of others. **NO public restrooms available. |
