Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items are sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction. All bidders are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All invoices shall be paid in full by the winning bidder the day of auction.  By registering for the auction, all registrants agree to abide by the auction terms and conditions set forth. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the days invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check shall have the 4% buyers fee waived.
