DIRECTIONS: Take US-131 south of Grand Rapids 8 miles or north of Kalamazoo 38 miles to to exit 77 (M-6 East), east 7 miles to exit 15 (M-37), south ¾ miles to 68^th St., east 3 ½ miles to Whitneyville Ave., north ¼ miles to 66^th St., east ½ mile to McCords Ave., south ½ mile to Auction. OR from Lansing take I-96 west 40 miles to exit 52 (M-50, Alden Nash Ave.) south ½ mile to 52^nd Ave., west 3 ½ miles to McCords Ave., south ½ mile.

Due to personal circumstances, all listed items must & will be sold to the highest bidder at this short notice Live Public Auction.   

NOTE: There will be many surprises at this auction due to the fact that we were unable to uncover & see everything that must be sold. All vehicles are in need of some type of repair with many new repair parts located in the vehicle. 

For your convenience there will be a lunch trailer, port-a-jons and wash-up station.

TERMS: Cash or good check day of auction. Master Card or VISA with 5% service fee. Everything sells as-is. We subscribe to Pay-Tec, A NATIONAL CHECK COLLECTION COMPANY. Buyers responsible for their own loadout.

GUN TERMS: This is a non-FFL transfer therefore all buyers will need a CPL or a separate License to Purchase for each long or handgun, absentee bidding is not available for guns.
