Terms and conditions of the auction
All items sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied with exception of manufactures warranty on new Ferris / simplicity mowers equipment, 10% buyer premium will be in effect , 3% convenience fee for credit cards. By bidding on auction items the buyer agrees to terms and places bids based on their own inspection. Cash, Bankable Check ( with approval of the auction company), Major Credit Cards will be accepted day of sale.
