Amiron Machinery - Auction Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied unless explicitly stated. We describe items to the best of our ability, but buyers are responsible for their own due diligence before bidding. Internet bidding only � No live or phone bidding. All sales are final � No refunds, exchanges, or returns. 2. Bidding & Payment Bidders must be at least 18 years old and provide valid registration details. All bids are final. No bid retractions or cancellations. A valid credit card is required for registration and bidding approval. Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close. Accepted payment methods: Credit Cards, Cash, Certified Check/Cashiers Check, and Wire Transfer (for invoices over $5,000). A 15% Buyer�s Premium applies to all purchases. Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale certificate is provided before the auction closes. Failure to make payment within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of winning items and potential ban from future auctions. 3. Item Pickup & Removal No shipping is available � All items must be picked up in person at the specified location. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of purchased items within the designated pickup window. Buyers must bring their own tools, equipment, and assistance for item removal. Failure to pick up items within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture without refund, and items may be resold or disposed of at Amiron Machinery�s discretion. No will call available. 4. Inspection & Condition Items are available for inspection prior to auction closing on scheduled preview days. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person. Photos and descriptions are for informational purposes only; Amiron Machinery is not responsible for inaccuracies. No guarantees are made regarding authenticity, condition, or function of items. 5. Liability & Risk All participation is at the bidder�s own risk. Amiron Machinery is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses related to bidding, item pickup, or use of purchased goods. Once an item is sold, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibility. Amiron Machinery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the auction is complete. 6. Auctioneer Rights & Reserves Amiron Machinery reserves the right to accept, reject, or withdraw any bid or lot at any time. In the event of a reserve price, Amiron Machinery or its affiliates may place bids on behalf of the seller. We may refuse service to any bidder at our discretion. In the event of any disputes, Amiron Machinery�s decision shall be final. 7. Legal Compliance Bidders must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding auction participation and item purchases. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of California..
