1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash (PRIOR TO THE AUCTION START) your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium and 3% credit card fee is applied to all purchases, plus any sales taxes that apply. If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.

2) PICKUP: Table can be picked up by appointment only at address given to winner only at Owners home and to his convenience. This table must be picked up prior to March 29!

BRING YOUR OWN LABOR for disassembly and removing this pool table.

3) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. 4) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time
