This is an online estate sale. Please read location and pick up times before bidding. All bidders are required to pick up items at the time/location specified. We do not transport or store items. It is an automatic forfeit of items if you do not pick up.
Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor or out building. Small breakable items may need to be packed or boxed - bring your own materials. All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns or refunds. Cash or Venmo are forms of payment. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Sound Estate Company does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. |

We can only allow 1 car at a time to pick up furniture. Sign up for pickup timeslot during the following dates and times: Sat March 15: 11am to 3pm You must bring your OWN MUSCLE and vehicle OR hire professional moving company for large items. We do not have staff available to assist. You must present photo ID to pick up your auction items.
