This is a Live In Person Bidding Only Auction. You will be Bidding on The Entire Contents of Each Storage Unit Offered for Auction. As of 3/1/2025 there are 4 Units available for Auction. This is an "Absolute Auction" Meaning all will Sell to the Highest Bidder Regardless of the High Bid. ***This is a CASH ONLY AUCTION**

**Please Read the Following Terms and Conditions of This Auction

**Important Information**

1) There will be a $100 CASH ONLY Deposit Due on Each Unit Purchased Over and Above the High Bid Reached for That Unit.

2) Each Unit Must be Completely Empty and Swept Clean by the buyer to Receive The Cash Deposit Back from the Storage Facility Manager.

3)  Buyers Agree to have all Units Purchased Emptied and Swept Clean No Later than Monday March 10th at 4pm EST. 

4) All Buyers Agree that No Trash or Items will be Discarded In Dumpsters belonging to or on the Property of Mills River Self Storage.

5) This is a CASH ONLY AUCTION. No Checks, Credit, or Debit Cards will Be Accepted at this Auction. No Exceptions.  

6) There will Be a Buyers Premium Charged on the High Bid of Each Unit Purchased. A 10% Buyers Premium. Buyers Premium Will NOT Be Charged on Cash Deposits.

Auction Terms & Conditions 

* By Registering for and Bidding at this Auction, ALL Buyers are Verbally Agreeing to and Entering into a Legal Binding Contract to ALL Terms and Conditions Of The Auction as follows;

*Everything is Sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Warranty’s or Guarantees are being implied, offered, or expressed on any Condition of any Items being Offered for Auction. Condition of ALL Items is the Sole Determination and Responsibility of the Buyers. Auctions plus, Inc will allow buyers to examine, Plug-in, Start, or otherwise test items for One Hour PRIOR TO THE START OF THE AUCTION.  

*All bidders must register with the Cashier at the auction and have a bidder number assigned to them. Anyone not registered with the Cashier on auction day will not be permitted to bid or buy any items at the auction.

*All items must be paid for before or at the end of the auction AND Removed no later than 5:00pm Day of sale unless otherwise agreed to by the Auctioneer and/or seller. All Online Buyers Credit Cards On File will Be Processed at the end of the Auction and Online Buyers Must Pick up Their Items at the Advertised Location During The Scheduled Days and Times offered For Pick up of That Particular Auction.

*10% Buyers Premium If Paid in Cash and 13% Buyers Premium If Paid by Credit Card. 

*No Sales Tax Charged at Onsite Auctions. 6.5% Sales Tax will be Charged on Invoices for Auctions Held at Business Location of Auctions Plus, Inc. 34378 Lorain Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039..

*Acceptable Payments are Cash, or Credit/Debit Cards. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED AT THIS AUCTION. Payment via Wire Transfer is Acceptable only if agreed to by Auctions Plus, inc. and the Auctioneer PRIOR to the Beginning of the auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers Agree that by Placing a Bid for Items that NO REFUNDS, Credit Card Chargeback’s, OR RETURNS will be Accepted by Auctions Plus, Inc.

* Any Payments Made By Personal or Business Check for Titled Items, Firearms, Heavy Equipment, Machinery, Large Bulk Items, AND/OR any Invoices of More Than $3,500.00 will not leave the premises until That check clears. (3-5Business Days) Payments Made by Cash, or Wire Transfer Will Be Transferred to the Buyer as soon as Possible. 

*Auctions Plus, Inc, its Subsidiaries, Auctioneers, Employees, Contractors, Sub Contractors, Volunteers, Vendors, or Sellers ARE NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items and/or for any accidents. Buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchased as soon as the Auctioneer Says "SOLD".  

*Any Additional Terms and Conditions read or Stated at the Start of the Auction will supersede any and all other terms and conditions That may have been printed elsewhere  

*Auctioneer will have final say with any and all disputes that may arise with any bidder(s). In Ohio, It is the Law that once an auctioneer says an item is sold, that item cannot be reopened for bidding. 

*Seller has the right to accept or reject any high bid on any item(s) and/or set reserves on an item(s) that they see fit. *Some items may be sold as a "Yes or No" from the seller.
